These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Jobilyst (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jobilyst. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What This Site Does

Jobilyst is a job board that connects job seekers ("Candidates") with employers ("Employers"). The Site allows Employers to post job listings directly, and also aggregates publicly available job listings from third-party sources such as other job boards and company career pages.

2. Not All Listings Are Posted Directly on This Site

Important: some job listings shown on Jobilyst were not posted directly by the employer on this Site. These listings are sourced from other publicly available job boards, applicant tracking systems, and company career pages, and are displayed here to help Candidates discover more opportunities in one place.

For these third-party-sourced listings:

• We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of the listing in real time.
• The listing may have changed, closed, or been filled since it was last synced to our Site.
• Clicking "Apply" on these listings may redirect you to the original employer's own website or application system, which is outside our control.
• We are not the employer for these positions and have no involvement in the hiring process, interview, or employment decision.

We encourage Candidates to verify details directly with the employer before applying and to treat listing dates (such as "posted" dates) as approximate for aggregated content.

3. Accounts

You may register as a Candidate, an Employer, or both. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Employer-Posted Content

Employers who post jobs directly on the Site are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their listings, including compliance with applicable employment and advertising laws. We reserve the right to remove any listing, at any time, for any reason, including suspected fraud, spam, or policy violations.

5. Candidate-Submitted Content

Candidates who create a profile, upload a resume, or submit an application are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Submitting an application through the Site shares your submitted information with the relevant Employer, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications.
• Use the Site to collect personal data for any purpose other than legitimate hiring.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through automated bots or excessive requests.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to, or redirect you to, third-party websites (including employer sites and the original sources of aggregated listings). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any job listing will result in an interview, offer, or employment, or that any Candidate profile will result in being contacted by an Employer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobilyst shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any job listing, whether posted directly or sourced from a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
